Graduate Programs

Rooted in the vision, mission, and core values of PSI is a commitment to training students in their postdoctoral, graduate, and undergraduate studies. Our interdisciplinary environment and outstanding research facilities complement an excellent faculty with research strengths in multiple areas of plant biology. PSI encourages prospective students with diverse interests to learn more about current PSI research, and invites those interested in working with PSI faculty to apply through the following departments.

Complex Biosystems Ph.D. Program

Students in the Complex Biosystems Ph.D. program apply quantitative statistical and computational approaches to data acquisition and analysis in multiple life sciences, including human health and medical biochemistry, plant phenomics, and host-microbial interactions.

The program offers a foundation in life sciences, statistics, bioinformatics, and computational analysis, as well as scientific communication skills and ethical approaches to research.
