“The PSI Graduate Student Award came to me in one of the most challenging moments of my life. After graduating, my husband and I with our two fluffy daughters moved from Nebraska to Indiana. The award helped offset the costs of moving and establishing ourselves in a new city. Also, as international students, there were costs associated with applying for work authorization and adjusting visa status for me and my husband. This prestigious award relieved financial pressures of challenging transitions and reminded me of all my personal and professional growth during my time as a member of PSI.”
